wide selection attentive staff
the breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of items i found the staff professional and cute. the pool area was lovely for relaxation i also found the pool staff attentive.
the gym equipment needs some maintenance i found some machines out of service.

good breakfast selection attentive pool staff easy transport access great rooftop views
I found the breakfast selection very good. Personalized omelettes were available. The pool area had attentive staff. Public transport was easily accessible and reasonably priced. The rooftop bar offered great views.

The fitness center features multiple treadmills. There are also stationary bikes available. The indoor pool is well kept. Guests will find a relaxation area with comfortable seating near the spa entrance. The environment is serene.

Really good Service and Convenient Location
well-trained staff room upgrade cute lady easy exploration
I found the staff at this hotel to be well-trained. They consistently anticipated my needs. Mehmet from the front office facilitated a room upgrade. Zainab from housekeeping was particularly cute. The hotel's proximity to Istaqlal made exploring easy.
The hot water in the shower fluctuated unexpectedly from lukewarm to scalding. It was a minor inconvenience, though somewhat disruptive.

The hotel has a well-equipped gym that includes steam and sauna facilities. The pool area is peaceful. It adds to the overall relaxing atmosphere of the hotel. I found it very refreshing after a long day.
