the gym equipment needs some maintenance i found some machines out of service.

I found the breakfast selection very good. Personalized omelettes were available. The pool area had attentive staff. Public transport was easily accessible and reasonably priced. The rooftop bar offered great views.

Really good Service and Convenient Location

I found the staff at this hotel to be well-trained. They consistently anticipated my needs. Mehmet from the front office facilitated a room upgrade. Zainab from housekeeping was particularly cute. The hotel's proximity to Istaqlal made exploring easy.

The hot water in the shower fluctuated unexpectedly from lukewarm to scalding. It was a minor inconvenience, though somewhat disruptive.
